Sandy O'Shea is the kind of gal pal every women needs. Her non-judgmental nature, allows you to be yourself, and her cheerleader attitude will keep you moving towards your goals. When Resilientista was just an "idea" Sandy was a great listener; always encouraging, believing in my dream of starting an on-line publication to help women live their best life! - when I was not sure it would be possible.

She is the first to volunteer her help whether it's business, personal or for charity. You can't help but smile (and sometimes laugh) when Sandy is around, even when you are having a not so good day. Sandy has a real zest for life, she enjoys life with her husband and feline babies.
After receiving her designation as a Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP), she founded Stepping Stones Wellness, where she is helping women (and men) boost their libido so they can enjoy a better sex life by balancing their hormones through the right nutrition.

Through her openness about all things in the boudoir, Sandy is helping Resilientista readers step into the next chapter of life well informed, about sex after 50, whether with a partner or going it solo.

To learn more about Sandy visit her website Stepping Stones Wellness Inc. and tune in to her on-line talk: Sex, Hormones, and Nutrition with Sandy - Tuesday evenings on her FB Live.
Meal you could eat everyday?
Some sort of smoothie.  I like to alternate between green and chocolate smoothies.  I'm experimenting with different combos but smoothies are just so versatile.

Favourite fitness activity?
Other than sex?  Dancing!!  I get lost in the music ...

What was your childhood dream job?
I don't remember that far back but when I was 22 my dream was to own a fitness facility that had trainers, chiropractors, nutritionists, naturopaths ... a wide variety of natural health practitioners.

What woman inspires you and why?
Marlene Marco, founder of Heart of Networking. She is elegant, gracious, a major connector of people, always uplifting and supportive and a lot of fun.  Always in the middle of things, the woman is everywhere.  She's 64, a 3 or 4 time cancer survivor and just a dynamo!

Your go to affirmation?
I am strong, I am powerful, I am worthy, I am ENOUGH.
