Resilientista made its debut as an international digital Self Care and Lifestyle Magazine for women, with a soft launch in spring 2017. In 2018, to better serve our readers, founder Celia Missios, decided to convert the magazine to an on-line publication. The focus remains on the whole woman.   Resilientitsta's audience consists of women in their late 40s, 50s and beyond, who want to improve their outlook on life, learn simple ways to get and stay healthy, create the life they want to be living and gracefully step into the next chapter of their life . Our readers become inspired as they read about women just like them taking back their power and creating the life they have dreamed of living.

While special editions in digital form of the magazine will continue to be published periodically, the on-line version will provide readers with an easier access to articles and connecting with the Resilientista community.

What sets Resilientista apart from other on-line magazines for women are the articles - written by everyday women. These women are not necessarily “professional writers” but are passionate about supporting other women to be their best. They are experts in their respective professions and have chosen to help inspire other women by sharing their expertise and sometimes life experiences, in a manner, which the average woman can relate to.  Topics cover everything from “Surviving-to-Thriving” including; wellness, lifestyle, love & sex, relationships, leisure, food & drink, career/retirement.

Some of our regular features in Resilientista include "What Real Women are Wearing" highlighting fashion bloggers and what they wear in everyday life; and women in their late 40s and 50s sharing beauty tips and products they are using. Although topics are set according to season, the theme remains the same, self care is not optional. The topics  covered in Resilientista  help us to fulfill our primary goal to our readers, “inspiring and motivating women to live better physically, emotionally, financially, and spiritually!”  in the later years of life.
